Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Every item in our shop is a handcrafted piece from Okinawa, Japan — chosen with care and packed with love. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right.


Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

To be eligible, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@t-under.com
  2. Include photos of the damaged item AND the original packaging (box, wrapping, etc.)
  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, as we are unable to distinguish delivery damage from damage that may have occurred afterward.


Returns for Other Reasons

If you'd like to return an item for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, size, or style), we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us at hello@t-under.com before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, dropping, or improper care
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

T-UNDER OKINAWA reserves the right to deny a return request if the item shows signs of damage that occurred after delivery.


A Note on Handmade Goods

Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in color, glaze, and texture are a natural part of the handmaking process — not defects. These characteristics are what make each piece unique, and are not grounds for return.
