The dusty blue glaze, carved with vertical ribs and subtle dot-like textures, feels like rock shaped slowly by salt wind and time. Organic, quiet, and unlike anything I had seen before.
To me, this vase holds the spirit of Okinawa itself — round, grounded, and gently resilient. The kind of object that doesn't demand attention, but somehow always draws the eye.
One stem is all it needs. Or none at all — it stands beautifully on its own.
